Bleasdale Farmhouse Guide: A Masterpiece of Creepiness

Phasmophobia Full Guide for New Bleasdale Farmhouse

The Phasmophobia devs have done it again—Bleasdale Farmhouse just got one hell of a glow-up, and I have to say, this might be one of the best reworks yet. The attention to detail is insane.

The farmhouse now feels like an actual, lived-in home where a whole lot of paranormal bad juju went down. Every room tells its own story, and while you’re soaking in the eerie atmosphere, you might notice some new mechanics designed to make ghost-hunting even smoother (or scarier, depending on how you look at it).

Motion sensor lights? Dual light switches? Actual ease of navigation instead of stumbling around in the dark like an idiot?

Yes, please.

But enough about aesthetics—let’s get into the real meat of the update: where to find your cursed objects, where to hide when things go south, and some sneaky little Easter eggs lurking in the farmhouse.

Feel free to use the navigation below to jump ahead!

Bleasdale Farmhouse Cursed Object Locations

If you’re hunting ghosts, you’re probably also hunting cursed objects. Bleasdale’s rework has shuffled things around, so here’s where you need to look:

Ouija Board Location

1st Floor – Living Room: On the floor next to the couch.

Notable Hiding Spots in Bleasdale

Alright, so you’re low on sanity, you’ve pissed off the ghost, and now it’s time to run for your life. Bleasdale’s new layout has some solid hiding spots that might just save your skin so we just want to go through some of the less obvious ones:

Inside Hiding Spot - Closets

The new Bleasdale closets are scattered everywhere throughout the map and blend in with the new amazing interior so we wanted to point it out for you.

Outside Hiding Spot - OutHouse

The backyard is considered a ghost room and a dangerous one at that, so make sure you know your hiding spots out here! The first one is going to be the outhouse in the side yard next to the door (hold your nose and pray for salvation).

Outside Hiding Spot - Hidden Path

The other hiding spot is a little hard to see in the darkness, but if you’re coming from the living room, just take a look to your left side as you walk through the lit path to find another hiding spot behind the fencing.

Best Looping Spot - Bathtub

The best looping spot in Bleasdale is hands down the bathtub on the second floor. The tub itself is pretty wide and rounded, giving you some extra leniency, but the best part is that you don’t have to crouch – the ghost’s line of site is blocked by the curtain, allowing you to see the ghost while looping.

Bleasdale Easter Eggs and Fun Stuff

The devs didn’t just stop at making the map look good—they stuffed it full of cool little details that make it even more immersive. Here are some of the best ones:

Discarded Mail

Right when you open the front door to the new Bleasdale Farmhouse, you’re greeted with a pile of old mail. To me, this is a message from the developers that this map is going to be filled to the brim with lore and fun and they are challenging you to find it all.

Dabbling in the Dark Arts - Attic

Yep, it’s a full-on occult setup, tarot cards and all. Someone in this house was dabbling in things they really shouldn’t have been.

If you pay attention to the narrative here, it looks like whoever was messing around with this stuff ended up picking some unfortunate cards, “The Devil” followed by “Death” (super bad RNG), which has likely led this would-be witch to their untimely demise.

Hidden "Spirits" in the Globe

Mosey on up to the second floor study and you can find a fancy little section of booze, with more hidden in the globe.

The best part of this Easter egg is looking at the names of the bottles. Brands like “Demon” and “Obake Whiskey” probably sound better than they taste, but it’s an admittedly nice touch.

O'Bake Cookbook

Head over into the kitchen area to find a recipe book that just shouldn’t exist.

A fun little nod to the Obake ghost type, this spooky recipe book is a subtle wink at veteran players.

Attic Posters

Several posters around the house actually reference known Phasmophobia ghosts and locations, adding some really funny references.

Posters titled “Edgefield”, “Deogen”, and more are just awesome so make sure you take the time to head up into the attic and read them all.

The Farmhouse Glow-Up We Deserved

This rework isn’t just a facelift—it’s a full-on renovation that makes Bleasdale Farmhouse feel like an entirely new experience while keeping the core horror intact.

The improvements in navigation, hiding spots, and small storytelling details make it one of the best maps in the game right now. And let’s be real—if this is the level of quality we can expect for future Phasmophobia updates and map overhauls, the game is in damn good hands.

So go on, step inside, and soak in the terrifyingly immersive atmosphere. Just don’t blame me when you get too distracted by Easter eggs and forget to run during a hunt.

Happy hunting, and may your flashlight flicker at the worst possible moment.
