Phasmophobia’s Cursed Hollow Event: A Hauntingly Good Time

Phasmophobia Easter Event Guide Cursed Hollow

Ghost hunters, gear up!

Kinetic Games has just unleashed the Cursed Hollow event in Phasmophobia, starting today, April 17, 2025. This Easter-themed event is a revamped version of last year’s haunt, now featuring new maps and a mix of community and personal rewards.

Let’s break down everything you need to know to survive—and thrive—in this spectral bunny-filled celebration.

Cursed Hollow Easter Event Overview

The Cursed Hollow event kicks off today and will run for approximately three weeks, wrapping up around May 8, 2025. This duration is slightly shorter than previous events, but it’s packed with enough chills and thrills to keep you on your toes.

Kinetic Games has taken player feedback to heart, introducing quality-of-life improvements that enhance the event experience. While the core community-driven format remains, the addition of personal rewards ensures that individual efforts are recognized and rewarded.

There will also be a default weather of heavy rain during the event, BUT there’s also a chance of a Blood Moon popping up, so be on your toes!

How to Earn Event Points

Earning event points during the Cursed Hollow Easter event is pretty simple actually.

How to Reveal Forest Minions

The most thematic way to earn points here is, of course, finding these hidden forest minions on the maps. It’s pretty easy to spot their burrows most of the time (they’re the not-creepy-at-all twig nests with eggs in them), however, the sneaky devs like to put some in places that you won’t expect so be sure to check around doors and sneaky corners.

Once you’ve found a burrow, you can check to see if there’s a ghost rabbit by using your DOTs projector on it, which will reveal and startle your ghostly new friend. There’s usually an audio cue as well if you get close enough to the nest that will help you identify which burrows have Forest Minions.

But beware.

Sometimes the Forest Minion will not take too kindly to your presence and has a chance to increase activity or straight up cause a hunt following the animation.
